This is my second time using Carey and Giampa for my rental property and while the first time was an ok experience 10 yrs ago this past experience was an absolute 10 out of 10 on all levels. I was reluctant to rent my property but from the moment I started working with them I knew it was the right decision. They helped me get my occupancy permit, handled all aspects of working with renters, really made it an easy and stress free process. I found their communication top notch and always felt fully informed on the process. I should add that all this was done with me out of the area due to work but Carey and Giampa handled it so well i had no worries it would be rented and handled professionally. Highly recommend.
