General Booking & Stay
Check-in is typically Saturday at 2:00 PM, and check-out is Saturday at 10:00 AM for weekly summer rentals, unless otherwise noted. We’ll confirm exact timing prior to your stay.

Payments, Deposits & Fees
Yes, most rentals require a security deposit. The amount and terms will be outlined in your rental agreement.
Some properties include a cleaning fee, while others include this in the rental price. This is property-specific and will be clearly outlined before booking.
Short-term rentals are subject to:
• New Hampshire Rooms & Meals Tax (8.5%)
• Massachusetts Short-Term Rental Tax (varies, typically ~11–14%)
• Maine Lodging Tax (9%)
The applicable tax will be included in your total depending on the property location.
During Your Stay
This varies by property. Some homes provide linens and towels, while others require tenants to bring their own. We’ll let you know what’s included when you book.
Pet policies are property-specific. Some homes allow pets, while others do not. Please confirm before booking.
Each property has a maximum occupancy limit, which must be followed. This will be included in your rental agreement.
End of Stay & Expectations
Tenants are expected to leave the property in clean, orderly condition, including:
• Removing trash
• Cleaning kitchen surfaces and dishes
• Leaving the home generally as it was found
Specific expectations will be outlined in your rental agreement.
Security deposits are typically returned within 30 days of departure, less any deductions for damage or excessive cleaning, in accordance with state laws.
